RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT
What should I do in order to return an item? If you wish to return an item you purchased, the outfit should be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with the inside labels still attached and intact) and with the corresponding cash receipt. Returns in Artlookbg.com are always free and the return period is 30 days from the purchase date. RETURN FROM HOME You can request return of an item from home, though the web page. After we check all data, we’ll send you a courier who will take your package. The steps you should follow are described below:
1. Find the cash receipt which we’ve sent you with the order and mark the item for return.
2. Pack the item(s) in their original box and seal it.
3. Apply for return from “My profile” on our web page.
4. Give the courier the sealed box from the address you provided us.
5. In the next couple of days you will receive the reimbursement through the same payment method you used for purchasing the item.
When will I receive the sum from my return? After we’ve authorized the return and your bank has processed it (the period depends on the bank), you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation, notifying you that you’ll receive the corresponding sum on your bank account in a few days. What should I do if the return sum is wrong? If the sum from your return is wrong, pleae contact our Customer Service Department on firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll solve the problem as quickly as possible. Please be informed that Artlookbg.com keeps the right to decline returns which were communicated or made after the specified period, or items, which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

3. A DEFECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
What can I do if the product I received is defect? In case your received a defect product, please contact our Customer Service Department on email@example.com or fill in the information in the section Product returns. We’ll solve the problem as quickly as possible.
